Sérgio Godinho, with a life of 78 years and a career of more than 50 years, is everywhere: on Friday, the album “Sérgio Três Vezes” will be in stores, which contains songs recorded in the studio, live and in collaboration with other artists; and at the end of the year he will release his third novel, Life and Death in the Twin Cities (Quetzal). As if that weren’t enough, a tribute video to the musician and writer was released last Friday. Forty-one artists, including Jorge Palma, Carolina Deslandes, Diogo Pizarra, Karlan, Camane and Barbara Tinoco, came together to sing the iconic song “O Primeiro Dia”. On social networks, Sergio Godinho wrote: “I was truly speechless when I saw this video offered to me by Rádio Comercial, bringing together the voices of so many singing musicians. Then there would be one word: yes – thank you. That says it all.
In March (20 and 23 March), the singer-songwriter returns to the stages of the Coliseums of Lisbon and Porto with the show “Liberdade25”, with which he celebrates his musical journey.
