The PNR confiscated three suitcases containing drugs (72 kilograms of hashish pollen) that were dumped on the side of the A2 motorway in the Paderne area, Algarve.
This was reported by an official source of the security forces. CM that the drugs were in three suitcases (a trolley and two duffel bags) and were discovered at 3pm on Thursday.
Our newspaper obtained photographs of drugs on the road, which show that the suitcases they were in were open, causing the drugs to scatter along the road.
The GNR warning was conveyed by Brisa.
“The military from the Orique transit station were called and, faced with evidence of a drug crime, they called in the criminal investigation officers from the Almodóvar squad,” explained an official source in the PNP.
The drugs were collected and handed over to the Albufeira court, which is investigating the case.
