As part of Operation Tutti Frutti, PJ investigators recorded and transcribed more than 500 wiretaps (including phone calls and text messages) that they believe are important to an investigation launched in 2016 that includes five anonymous complaints.
These wiretaps, considered necessary to consolidate evidence of the crimes uncovered by the SP and the State Prosecutor’s Office (MP), focused on four main objectives and were conducted over several months. Talk of Masonic lodges and alleged schemes to finance and falsify the registration of militants with the right to vote in the latest internal SDP leadership elections have been caught.
The case is at the final stage of investigation.
