According to the government body, notified companies now have until February 16 to settle their respective employment relationships, from service contracts to employment contracts. “After this period, AST will conduct a new review of the correctness of labor relations and job retention, initiating an appropriate verification action to ensure compliance with current legislation if the situation has not been resolved within the specified period,” the statement explains.
