A 42-year-old woman was arrested by the PNP for assaulting and abusing her parents for two years in the house where they all lived in the Lausanne area. Attending the first judicial interrogation, she saw how the judge prohibited her from continuing to live in the house, ordering her to maintain a distance from the victims within a radius of “at least 500 meters” under supervision by means of remote control in relation to her mother.
The events took place between 2022 and January of this year. According to the prosecutor’s affidavit, the defendant “frightened and pushed her father, causing him to fall to the ground, and also punched her mother, whom she also insulted and abused.”
In addition to maintaining distance, the suspect also cannot contact the victims “by any means.”
