IL advocates “immediately picking up public-private partnerships where they left off and exploring terms for others.” On the contrary, for Paulo Raimundo, “the problem with SNS is the lack of professionals.”
Regarding salaries in public administration, Rui Rocha stated that “part of the remuneration of civil servants should be objective, based on performance.” PCP competition. “Our vision is based on salary increases and career assessment.
