In 2014, Oleg Navalny was sentenced to three and a half years in prison for fraud in a case that Kremlin opponents said was fabricated to put pressure on his late brother. Navalny died last Friday and the family has not yet had access to his body. His team says investigators will examine the body for at least 14 days before releasing it to the family.
