Post-election agreements on the right worry Livre

“We should all be worried,” warned Rui Tavares this Monday, given the taboo that PSD leader Luis Montenegro maintains regarding what he will do after the elections, namely with Chega.

According to the representative of Livre, voters should know in advance what to expect after March 10 and, above all, whether the AD will approve the proposal for rejection in parliament if the left manages to win a majority. Tavares recalls that Montenegro did not answer this question either in yesterday’s radio debate or in statements to journalists.

The second day of Livre’s election campaign took place in Lisbon, in the Saldanha district, where, surrounded by a delegation of about a dozen supporters, Tavares once again drew attention to the housing problem. The location was not chosen by chance, as many homeless people live here.

“Our cities are tent cities,” said Ruy Tavares. The party’s founder and list leader in Lisbon recalls that it was Livre who created the housing emergency fund in this year’s state budget. The caravan is today in Porto and Braga.
