Two men, aged 46 and 51, were injured after the paraglider they were traveling on crashed at 17:17 this Friday in Praia Grande in Sintra.
An official source at GNR said: CM that the accident “occurred due to an unexpected change in wind direction, causing the paraglider to crash into a commercial building in Praia Grande.”
Almosageme and PNP firefighters, 10 first responders and four vehicles were mobilized to the scene.
The two men were still searching but were quickly found.
They were helped by firefighters and refused hospitalization.
GNR is also collecting information about the accident and the two men involved.
