A truck carrying cars crashed and overturned this Monday at the 26th kilometer of the A28 motorway in Vila do Conde. The journey was nine hours in the South-North direction, that is, Porto Viana do Castelo.
A source at the GNR confirmed to Lusa that the discovery occurred at 16:00, almost nine hours after the crash of a truck carrying cars, the subregional command for emergencies and civil protection of the Porto capital region said this morning.
The alarm came in around 7:15 am. The Vila do Conde fire department, the GNR road brigade and the concessionaire Autoestradas do Litoral were mobilized to the scene.
There were no reports of injuries.
