The leader of Spain’s far-right Vox party will join Chega’s campaign in Sunday’s legislative elections on Wednesday, attending a dinner/rally in Ollhan.
The party of Andre Ventura announced this through a publication on the social network X (formerly Twitter).
“@VOX_es leader Santiago Abascal will join our campaign tomorrow in Olhão,” the party’s Chega account said.
Santiago Abascal has already expressed his support for Chege in a video that Andre Ventura posted on social networks on January 23. The Vox leader said President Chegi is “the only leader capable of restoring hope to Portugal and defeating the left.”
In July, Andre Ventura was in Madrid after the general elections in Spain.
The Vox president has already participated in Chegi’s campaign in the last local elections in 2021.
