In the Madeira Archipelago, IPMA forecasts generally very cloudy skies and showers on the first day of spring, more likely on the northern slopes and highlands of Madeira Island.

Moderate winds are also forecast, at times strong, especially in the highlands, with gusts of up to 80 kilometers per hour, on the eastern and western ends of Madeira Island and in Porto Santo, with gusts of up to 65 kilometers per hour. hour, and a slight rise in minimum temperature.

In Madeira, temperatures will range from 15 to 22 degrees, and in Porto Santo – from 15 to 20.

In the Azores archipelago, IPMA forecasts periods of very cloudy skies with good open weather and generally light winds.

In the western group (Flores and Corvo) the temperature will vary from 15 to 19 degrees, in the central group (São Jorge, Faial, Pico, Terceira and Graciosa) from 13 to 18 and in the eastern group (San Miguel and Santa Maria) . ) between 12 and 17.

On June 20, spring will give way to summer.
