Videos circulating on social media show two different moments. In one, several men can be seen practicing target shooting with an air pistol on the Virtudes sidewalk in Porto. Another shows the moment the PSP, after receiving an anonymous tip, arrives on the scene to intercept the shooters.
It all happened last Friday morning. It was PSP that stopped three men, aged 29, 36 and 51, from continuing to shoot at one of the city’s main tourist attractions.
The initial report said three men were collecting materials on the sidewalk and one of them had a firearm. Later, already at the scene, it was possible to understand that it was the air cylinder that was seized from them, as well as an optical sight, two chargers, a metal bow, 11 arrows and a shooting target. They were identified and a report was compiled.
In the video, PSP agents called to the scene can be heard asking the trio to step away from the car. In the images, you can even see police officers with guns drawn.
