The General Secretary of the PS wrote a letter to Luis Montenegro to find an “agreement”, mainly regarding salary increases and reimbursement of teachers’ time worked.
In the letter to which CM With access, Pedro Nuno Santos says an agreement could be found “if necessary in the context of budget amendments” after negotiations with unions. The PS believes that “it is possible to resolve the situation of these public administration specialists even before the end of the work period of the Assembly of the Republic, in July of this year,” the letter says.
