When arrested on Tuesday, the man was “accompanied by one of the victims,” to whom he promised a consultation with a urologist.
“The characteristics of the uniform he was wearing at the time, as well as his movements and poor coordination with the medical team who arrived on the scene, aroused suspicion on the part of medical workers who immediately tried to establish his true identity,” he added. HKM.
