Last November, three NPR soldiers were heard who testified in court that when they went up to the bedroom and bathroom, they found bullet fragments in the bathtub, dresser drawer and jewelry box. The judicial police guarantee that there was no evidence and believe that they were planted later.

Rosa Grilo’s father claims to have given the keys to his daughter’s house to attorney Tanya Reis.
Americo Pina, the father of Rosa Grilo, told the court that lawyer Tania Reis asked him for the keys to the house of the triathlete and his wife, but he never found out for what purpose he went to the house.
The defense of the former SP inspector says the shot in the tub “was fired by Rosa Grilo to test the gun.”
Miguel Santos Pereira, defense of former SP inspector João de Souza, said “the SP inspectors lied, they falsified the photos.”
“The bath shot has been there since 2018. This gentleman [António Joaquim] innocent and sentenced to 25 years in prison. This shot was fired by Mrs. Rosa Grilo to test the weapon.”
Rosa Grilo’s ex-lover pleads not guilty to murder
The judge took issue with Antonio Joaquim over his pistol shells found in the dead triathlete’s home, but Rosa Grilo’s former lover said he had no explanation.
When asked if he had contacted Tania Reis, Rosa Grilo’s former lawyer, and former SP inspector João de Souza, while at large, António Joaquim denied it. “I know as much about this as I do about the murder of Luis Grilo,” he said.
“Rose [Grilo] I had the key to my house and he knew where my gun was,” says former lover Antonio Joaquim.
Rosa Grilo’s former lover, Antonio Joaquim, stated in court that the only people with access to his residence were his mother and Rosa Grilo.
“Rosa had the key to my house and she knew where my gun was. She knew where the magazines were, the ammo, the gun, the cleaning kit. She knew where everything was.

The first witness to be called to the hearing this Friday will be Rosa Grilo’s son, Renato Grilo, who is participating in the video link.
The judge asked Renato Girlo if, if he did not have the keys to the house, he would be able to get into the room in another way, to which he replied in the negative.
