Mauro Carminati, a 32-year-old Italian Lamborghini engineer, died during a dream vacation in Edinburgh, Scotland, after one of his legs became swollen and blackened.
The man became alarmed after noticing a dramatic change in the appearance of his leg, and after seeking help at the hospital, doctors diagnosed him with an infection that had spread to his lungs, leading to pneumonia.
The man was initially conscious, but after some time his body temperature increased and Mauro suffered a cerebral hemorrhage.
According to Daily recordThe family said the news of his death was shocking as the man was a healthy man who rarely got sick. He also added that Mauro was perfectly healthy when he went on holiday and that he would not have gone if there were any signs of illness.
The family is demanding to know whether the medication originally prescribed by doctors could have adversely affected the treatment.
Mauro Carminati graduated with highest grades from the Politecnico di Milano and received his degree with honors in Mathematical Engineering in 2013.
He also received a master’s degree from the University of Munich, worked for the German car company Audi, and in 2020 moved to Bologna to work for Lamborghini.
