A woman was robbed by carjacking at a gas station in Vale de Cambra on Tuesday morning. The alarm came in around 4:00 am.
For what morning Post As it turned out, the woman got out of the car and went to pay for gas. When she returned to the car, a man approached her and demanded her wallet, and the victim resisted.
At that moment, the 26-year-old suspect, an Indian citizen, got into the victim’s car and fled. The PNP were called to the scene and soon after, a PNP patrol from Sever do Vouga managed to intercept and apprehend him near the crime scene.
The man, whom the authorities have already prosecuted for several crimes of the same nature, will be present this Wednesday in the Santa Maria da Feira court for enforcement action.
