20-month-old child stuck in Tesla due to missing battery. Grandma called the firefighters

A 20-month-old child was trapped inside a Tesla when his grandmother’s car died on battery in the United States.

Although Renee Sanchez is a big fan of the brand, she said she changed her mind after what recently happened to her when her granddaughter got stuck in a car.

The grandmother left the 20-month-old girl in the car to go to the Phoenix Zoo in the United States. Closing the door, he walked around the car and tried to sit in the driver’s seat. “I couldn’t get in. There was no battery in my car. The key wouldn’t open,” he said on “As On Your Side.”

The woman said she had no choice and had to call the fire department.

“When they came here, the first thing they said was, ‘Oh, it’s Tesla. We cannot get into these cars,” he said. “I said I didn’t want to know if they would have to cut my car in half just so they could get the girl out,” he added.

Firefighters had to break the glass, taking the necessary precautions to ensure that the fragments did not reach the child.

“She was fine at first, but when the firefighters started arriving, despite all the traffic and broken windows, she started crying because she was scared,” he continued.

The officer reached through the window and pulled the small child out of the car, then gave him a fire hat to calm him down.

“Once she was safe, the anger set in. All thoughts. Everything could have been much more serious,” he added. The 12-volt battery will shut down without warning, but Tesla drivers are usually warned several times before it runs out.
