Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Walz accepted an invitation to a televised debate with his Republican rival J.D. Vance and announced Kamala Harris’s campaign in New York on October 1.
“Harris’ presidential campaign has accepted the invitation [cadeia de televisão] CBS on the October 1 vice presidential debate. Governor Walz is looking forward to debating J.D. Vance if he shows up,” confirmed Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris.
CBS posted invitations to the two candidates on social media, offering four possible dates from September to October. Walz responded, “See you October 1st, JD.”
