Leader for 28 months without a break, channel Morning mail reached an average daily share of 5.7% in August, which corresponds to 124,400 viewers on average every minute of the day.
In July, that average was approaching 120,000. That represents another 3.3% increase, which is relevant because it comes in a month in which the new news channel NOW, also owned by MediaLivre, has continued to grow, averaging 0.7% in August.
Share CMTV This is higher than the sum of CNN Portugal, SIC Notícias and RTP-3. CNN closed August with a share of 2.5%, SIC Notícias with a share of 1.8% and RTP-3 with a share of 0.7%. The sum of these three competitors gives 5%, which is significantly lower than the result CMTVbroadcast on Channel 8 on all platforms.
For 28 consecutive months CMTV has been the market leader and most watched cable TV channel for over a year, without a single day of interruption.
