Bones of man missing in 2013 found less than eight kilometers from where he lived

The bones of Christopher Storey, who went missing in 2013, were found this Wednesday less than five miles from where the victim lived in Pennsylvania, United States of America.

On American TV ABC news, human bones were found in a forest in Pennsylvania and authorities have confirmed they belong to a man who mysteriously disappeared about 10 years ago. Christopher Story was last seen on August 11, 2013 around 11:00 pm in New Castle.

Following the discovery, the New Castle Police Department (NCPD) released a statement saying it had been investigating the case since the disappearance to “determine what happened to him”.

According to police, Storey’s family has already been informed of the find. The investigation into what happened to the man is still ongoing and the medical examiner has yet to decide on the cause of death, the NCPD said in a statement released Wednesday. Christopher Story’s remains will now be sent to the FBI for a forensic examination.

At the time of his disappearance, the FBI released a report stating that the man was last seen wearing “a white T-shirt, shorts, cap and black shoes.” The FBI also warned that the man “may be limping” and that because he does not have the medication he takes on a daily basis, he may “appear agitated, confused, or even hallucinate.”
