“Firstly, without complaints from the relevant holders, we will not formally initiate any investigation,” he explained.

Three CES researchers denounced situations of harassment and sexual abuse by these two members of the research center in a chapter of a book titled “Sexual Misconduct in Academia – The Ethics of Caring in the University” published by an international publisher. Routledge.

The authors of the chapter, Belgian Liselotte Wiene, Portuguese Catarina Laranjeiro, and North American Miye Nadia Thom, worked at CES as a postdoctoral fellow (with a Marie Curie fellowship) and graduate student, respectively.
