A 66-year-old woman was found dead this Monday in Vila do Conde. The body was semi-naked and, according to the authorities, had traces of possible aggression.
Firefighters from the GNR, Vila do Conde and the Judicial Police (PJ) were called to the scene.
The woman has not been seen since Saturday. The alarm was raised at about 2:30 pm by a neighbor who noticed that the door of the victim’s house was open. The woman’s body was found by half-naked neighbors.
At first, the contours in which the victim was found indicated the crime scene, but after the investigator arrived at the scene, the hypothesis of an accidental fall gained strength.
However, only an autopsy will clarify what happened and whether there was interference from third parties.
