Russia launched a new wave of airstrikes on Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, early Tuesday morning. According to Reuters, Ukrainian forces managed to shoot down at least 18 rockets.
The military administration of Kyiv reports that the wreckage fell in Obolonsky, Shevchenkovsky, Solomensky and Darnitsky districts.
The news agency also reports that European leaders are meeting at a Council of Europe summit for the first time in years to discuss the war.
