Ana Gomes will have to demolish the swimming pool, annex and utility rooms of her property in Colares, confirmed cm The Sintra Chamber, which in February of this year, it “totally” rejected a license request to legalize the works and has now given 10 days for demolition.

A former MEP can proceed with the demolition or leave the work in the hands of the chamber, with subsequent presentation of costs. Ultimately, you can apply to the court, which suspends the process until the court decides.
