After leaving a conference at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, asked by journalists whether he had already made a decision on this government diploma, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa said: “No, not yet. I received it last week.”
When asked whether the decree-law is in line with the “balanced decision” that he considers necessary in order not to impose a veto on it, the head of state replied: “I don’t know, because I still don’t have a formed opinion on this matter. study, we study it.”
