This Wednesday, the PSD accused the PS of not resisting the temptation to draw up an “individual” document so that Prime Minister António Costa would not draw any political conclusions from this parliamentary commission of inquiry.
The Social Democrats will vote against the report of the parliamentary commission of inquiry on TAP, challenging the conclusion that there is no political interference in the company’s activities and presenting their findings in writing.
These PSD decisions were announced to journalists in the Assembly of the Republic by Social Democrat MP Paulo Moniz after a press conference that presented a preliminary version of the report authored by PS MP Ana Paula Bernardo.
In addition to challenging the finding that there was no political interference in TAP, countering that interference “was obvious”, PSD also criticizes the report for not analyzing the use of secret services to recover a computer taken from Frederico’s Ministry of Infrastructure. Pinheiro, former Assistant Minister Joao Galamba.
“All this is enough for the SDP to vote against this report,” the Social Democrat MP said, adding that his party would submit “its findings” in writing to the parliamentary committee investigating the political tutelage of the TAR administration.
