Faced with this problem, the Presidential Minister said that following complaints received by the government, the executive branch, through the Minister of Digitalization and Administrative Modernization Mario Campolargo, “instructed all services to at least ensure that 50% of consultations are carried out without prior records.”
“This guidance was given at the end of November and is addressed to all organizations that provide services to the population of this kind,” said Mariana Vieira da Silva.
