A collision between two trams this Thursday afternoon on Avenida 24 de Iullo in Cais do Sodre in Lisbon left 13 people with minor injuries, eight of whom required hospitalization. They had injuries to the nose, lower back and upper limbs.

The wounded were taken to San Jose, San Francisco Xavier and Santa Maria hospitals. Firefighters at Fonte dos Sapadores in Lisbon told Lusa that among the eight victims were two French citizens, two Czechs, an American, a Spaniard, an Italian and a Portuguese.
