The relationship between 29-year-old Daniel Sancho and 44-year-old surgeon Edwin Arrieta was secret but lasted for six months. According to the magazine Lecturesthe two men met on Instagram and since that day the doctor has traveled to Spain several times to be with Daniel.

Madrid, Ibiza and Barcelona were some of the destinations chosen by the couple. They shared a passion for gastronomy and travel, and their friendship grew into an intimate relationship. According to Edwin’s friend, the surgeon told him that there was a boy named “Dani” with whom he had a secret relationship, and that the intention was to formalize the relationship.
