“Last year there was a dissolution of parliament, but the Portuguese, with their insurmountable common sense, also quickly solved this problem,” he said.
When asked if he considered political antics normal, Antonio Costa replied that they “are part of democracy.”
“Democracy means a way of organizing pluralism. Fortunately, sovereign bodies function in Portugal with great regularity and normality, which is very healthy,” he said.
