This Wednesday, Spanish police evacuated a building and sealed off several streets in the center of Madrid, Spain, after receiving a bomb threat.
The alert was raised at 14:30 due to an explosive device at the Center for Technological Development and Innovation (CDTI), where the NATO congress is taking place.
