A 14-year-old teenager was arrested this Thursday after stabbing several teachers and students at a high school in Jerez de la Frontera, in Cadiz, Spain.
The incident occurred at Elena Garcia Armada High School in the San Jose Obrero neighborhood. One teacher was stabbed in the eye and other teachers and students also suffered “varying degrees” of injuries, police sources confirmed.
In accordance with El PaisThe minor was quickly located and taken to the Jerez de la Frontera police station, where he remains in protective custody until a report is filed and the assailant is handed over to the juvenile prosecutor’s office.
According to World, the young man walked from room to room, opening doors and attacking the victims.
