The IMT also includes the application of a flat rate of 6% for properties whose value ranges from €633,453 to €1,102,920, and 7.5% when it exceeds €1,102,920 (values valid from January 2024 with entry into force OE).
BMI levels were updated in 2011 and remained frozen until 2022, the year they began to be updated again.
