The man was accused of two crimes related to domestic violence committed against his former partner and seven-year-old daughter.
The behavior continued on several occasions, with the accused acting out of a lack of trust in a new relationship with his former partner, with whom he had ended his relationship in April 2020.
The DIAP Regional do Porto indictment also asks: oblige the defendant in court to pay the victims a sum of money.
Prosecutors say that between December 2021 and February 2022, the defendant contacted victims via email, written messages, in person or by telephone, subjecting them to frequent humiliation, intimidation and harassment – “damaging their physical and psychological integrity.”
