Russia attacked 118 cities and villages in ten regions

It was the largest wave of Russian attacks on Ukraine since the beginning of the year, affecting 118 cities and villages in ten regions of the country. There is information about at least three deaths. One of the targets was the Poltava Oil Refinery.

Ukrainian air defense was particularly active, but was unable to prevent attacks on infrastructure and its inaction.

“Ukraine is losing,” assures Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, guaranteeing that Moscow’s troops are “conducting an active defense, effectively causing damage.” Kiev responds to Shoigu’s optimism with staggering numbers: since the beginning of the conflict until yesterday, 301,490 Russian soldiers have died and more than five thousand drones and tanks have been destroyed. As winter approaches, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg leaves a stark warning for allies: do not weaken support for Kyiv. “More attacks on energy supplies and other critical infrastructure should be expected,” Jens Stoltenberg warned.
