Last month, Mayorga’s legal team attempted to revive the lawsuit (it was filed in June 2022), arguing that the Nevada federal court judge (who ruled the case) erred in rejecting Mayorga’s efforts to include as evidence a confidentiality agreement signed in 2010 with a Portuguese star.
However, the Court of Appeal has now found that the findings of the first instance were well founded and fully supported by the factual material.
