TV presenter and businessman Nuno Graciano died this Thursday at the age of 54. After news of the presenter’s death broke, several public figures took to social media to say goodbye.
“If I exist today as an artist, then I owe it to a man. It was he who invited me to a joke competition, where I later won. Then he contacted me and taught me how to joke. Life went on and he was always watching my success. I owe him a lot, me and many people in the world of television,” writes comedian and actor Fernando Rocha on Instagram.
“It is with great sadness that we received the news of our companion Nuno Graciano. Our deepest condolences to the Nuno family!” wrote Chega no X (formerly Twitter).
Presenter Alice Alves, who was Nuno Graciano’s colleague, also said goodbye to the presenter. “Nuno had the ability to bring joy, it was unique. He has enriched us all and deeply lifted our spirits in recent years. May the light never go out, thank you Nuno Graciano for everything you have given us,” he said.
Ricardo Martins Pereira, better known as “O Arrumadinho”, remembered Nuno Graciano through social networks. “WI met Nuno in person when I appeared weekly on CMTV’s morning program right around the time the channel was launching. Friendly, cordial, very polite, always ready to help me with everything. A really good person. Supportive hugs from the whole family. Nuno was good,” he wrote.
Singer Emanuel also left his tribute: “Everyone knows their qualities and I will always cherish every moment of our Nunos & Nunettes project. Farewell with pure feelings and condolences to the whole family,” the singer wrote on Facebook.
Actor Ruy Santos left his respects for the presenter on social networks. “My condolences to the family and friends. And I think that life will be much more valuable when there is respect for others. The respect Nuno demanded. Life can be very thankless. there is something to do.”
Actress Barbara Norton de Matos also took to social media to say goodbye to the host: “Whenever we were together, you spoke about your children with great pride, with a sparkle in your eyes, it’s incredible. We laughed a lot, even laughed heartily together.” and this is how I will remember you… laughing! Lots of strength to the family!”
Fanny Rodriguez said she was “speechless” Marco Costa, a pastry chef and friend of Nuno’s, wrote: “What Shine in heaven as you shine on earth! It was very nice to have you as a friend! You will forever remain the eternal Uncle Careca!” – Bernardo Souza, pilot and friend of the presenter, who reacted “Rest in peace, friend.”
Vanessa Oliveira, the presenter, also responded:“You have often heard my nerves and my suffering.” Cristina Ferreira recalls Nuno’s time on Big Brother: “I could still see the bright look in his eyes when he returned to television.”
“Nuno Graciano was my friend. And we became very close when he stopped having friends from television. The stage lights went out and hundreds disappeared. Today I say goodbye to you, my dear. You can finally find peace beyond this world. it was ungrateful to you. As you always said, see you,” CMTV journalist Tanya Laranjo wrote on social networks.
