The Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Education of Portugal, who arrived this Monday morning in Kyiv for a two-day visit, will be received by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and will hold meetings with their colleagues.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MNE) said that during the visit, the agenda of which is war and reconstruction of Ukraine, Foreign Minister Joao Gomes Cravinho and Education Minister Joao Costa will pass through Kyiv and Zhytomyr.
Education is high on the agenda this Monday as the III Zhytomyr Reconstruction Forum takes place, bringing together dozens of stakeholders throughout the day in the tripartite organization of Portugal, Ukraine and Estonia.
The Foreign Minister said this Monday in Kyiv that the Portuguese strategy of supporting the Ukrainian authorities in the face of the Russian invasion has not changed and does not envisage changes after the Portuguese legislative elections.
