A 24-year-old man was charged with invading his privacy in Aliho Municipality and various computer and electronic materials were seized, GNR reported this Wednesday.
The Vila Real Territorial Command said in a statement that the GNR had been investigating the dissemination of privacy videos for a month and that the military of the Alijo post on Tuesday searched a house and another search of a vehicle.
During the searches, according to the Security Guard, seven mobile phones and portable storage devices were seized, including six micro SD memory cards, two USB drives, five hard drives, three CDs, and a memory card. “SD” plus 0.9 grams of hemp leaves and 48 pyrotechnics.
The GNR said the man was accused of invading his privacy.
In the course of police investigations, two protocols of administrative offenses were drawn up, one for the consumption of a drug and the other in accordance with the legal regime of weapons and ammunition.
The facts were referred to the Aliho Judicial Court.
