Marco Orellas, his son Renato, his son-in-law Paulo Cardoso and four other defendants will begin their trial for the death of Igor Silva this Thursday at the Sao Joao Novo court in Porto.
Upon arrival at the court, the defendants were met with insults from Igor Silva’s mother, who repeatedly shouted: “You are monsters.”
Igor Silva was killed with 18 stab wounds outside Porto’s Dragao stadium during title celebrations in May 2022.
The wife and daughter of “Orelhas” are accused in this case, but for assault on physical integrity. They are accused of attacking a young woman who tried to help Igor.
