The suspect, identified by several witnesses, is the culprit in the death of Diogo Silva last week in the Ramalde area (Porto) and is involved in the ambush that resulted in the death of a 26-year-old young man with several shots, denies his participation in the crime and reveals himself to CM alibi.
“I’m innocent, I’m not involved in anything. I spent that morning between the gym and the house with five workers installing the air conditioning system,” said Paulo Fonseca.
Witnesses said Paulinho remained in the car while the second suspect shot Diogo five times. Paulo, known for his boxing and martial arts training, also denies drug dealing. “This is a lie, where are the cases against me because of drugs?” he argues. Just this week he was arrested by the PS and appeared in court on suspicion of trying to shoot a married couple and a child. He left with presentations. “Another big lie, I didn’t shoot anyone. I had a physical confrontation with this man, but I never fired a shot,” says Paulo Fonseca.
