According to the data, Ecuadorians have an average erect length of almost 17.6 cm. Cambodians have an average size of less than 10 cm.
The top ten countries with the largest penis in the world are Ecuador, Cameroon, Bolivia, Sudan, Haiti, Senegal, Gambia, Cuba, the Netherlands and Zambia.
The European countries with the largest penis sizes were the Netherlands in 9th place, France in 11th and Italy in 19th.
To find out which countries have the largest penises, researchers analyzed more than 40 recent studies involving thousands of men.

The researchers said they had difficulty finding a relationship between penis length and height. However, they found that countries with higher obesity rates tend to have smaller limbs.
