Speaking to reporters in the Assembly of the Republic after a meeting of the PS parliamentary group, Eurico Brillante Diaz stressed that his party is “very carefully” reading the TC’s decision released on Monday, in which the decree declaring unconstitutional the decree on death by a doctor.

“This week, perhaps tomorrow, we will meet with some members of the parliamentary group to discuss not only the verdict, but also the voting statements that are attached to the decision,” said the leader of the socialist faction.
