At a ceremony held at the Belém Palace, Marcelo Rebelo de Souza awarded the Grand Cross of the Military Order of Avis to Lieutenant General José Augusto de Barros Ferreira, Lieutenant General Francisco Xavier Ferreira de Souza and Lieutenant General Hermínio Teodoro Mayo, according to a note published on the website president.
