A 17-year-old Portuguese youth was detained by the judicial police in the north of the country, in the district of Porto, for being the organizer of four attacks on schools in Brazil, and was being held in a pre-trial detention center this Friday. .
The detainee appeared in court this Friday and faces charges of aggravated murder, several attempted murders, offenses related to pornography of minors, as well as crimes against physical integrity.
Luis Neves, director of the Judicial Police, also admitted this Friday that the arrest of the 17-year-old Portuguese, the organizer of four attacks on schools in Brazil, has stopped other crimes. According to the director, a crime was planned in Brazil against a beggar, whose photographs were subsequently published on the Internet.
The arrest was made possible thanks to the cooperation of Portuguese and Brazilian authorities.
In one of the attacks, a 17-year-old girl was killed when another 15-year-old boy entered a school in Sao Paulo and shot him at point-blank range.
