The Education Ministry said on Wednesday that the school where a brutal attack on a 9-year-old Nepalese child was reported was not aware of the “alleged episode” and that the only two Nepalese students at the facility attend the secondary school.
“Upon contacting the school in question in Amador, management advised that the only students of Nepalese nationality attending the Group were in the secondary school. They also stated that they were completely unaware of the alleged episode or any similar situation and had not even received any reports of an identical act,” the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation said in a note.
According to the same information, “thus, no disciplinary offenses were recorded.”
