Ricardo Arroja was chosen by the government as Chairman of the Board of Directors of AICEP. Agency for Investment and Foreign Trade of Portugal for a period of three years after the dissolution of its administration.

As envisaged in the government programme, the aim is to strengthen the role of AICEP in supporting the internationalization strategy and attracting national and foreign investment.” .
Ricardo Arroja, who has held administrative and supervisory positions at the company, also has experience as a consultant on topics such as business finance and banking.
