Between 2007 and 2023, more than 1,100 GNR soldiers took part in several joint FRONTEX operations, “which were aimed at preventing, detecting and suppressing cases of illegal migration, human trafficking and other border crimes, making a fundamental contribution to the protection of human lives”, he said. .
